Paul Dyer

Paul Dyer is a fellow at the Dubai School of Government. Paul’s research focuses on labor markets in the Middle East and North Africa region. His interests include demographics, labor policy, public service provision and the political economy of reform.  He received a Master of Arts in Arab Studies with a concentration in Economics and Development from Georgetown University, where he was the Sheikh Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qassemi Scholar. Prior to joining the Dubai School of Government, he worked with the World Bank for four years as a consultant in the Office of the Chief Economist, Middle East and North Africa Region.
